Description
The property is located between the villages of Kavalouri and Karousades, having its entrance at the main square of Kavalouri. The total area of the land is approximately 70,000 sq. meters (18 acres). It is a hillside property, facing north and leading to an open, flat area of land which consists of 4 plateaus and is also part of its land. It enjoys views across the village Karousades and the sea on the back. It has 4 documented sources of water originating from a spring inside the property. Electricity is established.
Full of character, the mansion of approximately 800 sq. meters was built around 1540 and partially renovated in 2008. It is a set of four different structures: the main house, stables, an olive press and a tower. The mansion has been proclaimed as “a building to be preserved”, which by law means that the exterior shape of the building cannot be changed. Any exterior work will have to be coordinated with the archeological agency.
