Location

The property is situated in the northern part of the cosmopolitan, Greek island Corfu in the Ionian Sea. The north part of the island is considered to be one of the best areas of Corfu; primarily because it was the last part of the island to develop touristically, thus avoided the mistakes of the past and because of the significant investments, already large international groups have done.

The village of Kavalouri is approximately 35 Km from Corfu town and the airport. Close to the north coast, the estate is just a few hundred meters from the village of Karousades, one the most important villages of northern Corfu and very close to famous beaches and resorts of the island like “Canal d’amour”, Roda, Sidari and Acharavi.
